Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-21 · S.K. Tech Enterprises B.V.
These terms govern the use of priXoto, a service of S.K. Tech Enterprises B.V. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
priXoto provides a price index of historically documented value development of collectible assets (currently cars), based on publicly documented auction and market data. The service provides information — not appraisals, not brokerage, and not investment advice.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Accounts used for abuse (scraping outside the API, referral fraud, resale of data) may be terminated without refund.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Pro, Analyst, Enterprise) are billed in advance monthly or yearly via Stripe, including applicable VAT/sales tax. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change; existing subscriptions keep their price until the first renewal after an announcement.
You can cancel at any time from your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
4. Use of the data
The database and its visualisations are for your own use within your plan. Enterprise API access has its own limits and white-label terms. Systematic copying or resale of the database is not permitted.
5. No investment advice
All figures are historical averages from publicly documented sources. Past value development is no guarantee of future results. priXoto is not an appraiser, broker or financial adviser.
6. Liability
We work to keep data accurate and current (with sources per model), but do not guarantee freedom from errors or uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the app.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
